			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In response to Dave&#8217;s request, looks like Henri from Telnic is going to work on a RESTful API for .tel.<br />
This is cool because even though I got SOAP working, i prefer to use REST.<br />
About a month ago, I secured the rsscloud.tel domain for the community as an initial identity system to experiment with. </p>
<p>I also wanted to note that Dreamhost has an API with some DNS hooks:</p>
